Today, there comes the good news---MM Law Firm's Client Zhuhai Huajin Ruixin Fund Management Co., Ltd. was notified by the Asset Management Association of China (AMAC) that the application and the legal opinion letter issued by MM Law Firm for the company on registration of privately-raised funds managers (PRFM) were approved by the AMAC.
Huajin Ruixin is a private equity fund management company incorporated in Hengqin Free Trade Zone (FTZ), China. Hengqin FTZ has adopted multiple approaches to stimulate the prosperity of privately-raised investment fund sector including the following pioneering shots: expansion of objects to be adjusted, cancellation of pre-filing, unified administration for domestic and foreign invested privately-raised fund, permission for outbound equity investment of privately-raised fund and permission for issuance of industrial investment fund in multi-currencies by PRFM. The successful registration of PRFM this time will enable Huajin Ruixin to further take on the financial innovation tide in Hengqin FTZ and optimize its business.
Recently, two legal opinion letters on the registration of PRFM and two legal opinion letters on the major changes of PRFM issued by MM lawyers have been successively approved by the AMAC.
