On the thirteenth of this month, Director of MM Law Firm Dr. Wu Youming paid a return visit to Numata Law Office in Tokyo, Japan on invitation and was kindly received by Miho Numata, Chief of Numata Law Office et al. They had an extensive exchange over legal affairs such as family property inheritance management, house and commercial real estate investment of Chinese enterprises and individuals in Japan etc, and an agreement by which two sides will act legal counsel to each other was reached.
In last July, representative from Numata Law Office Mr. Numata Junta and Mr. Sun Wei, chief in the China Room paid a visit to MM Law Firm, and signed a business cooperation agreement between MM Law Firm and Numata Law Office.
Numata Law Office is located in Tokyo’s central area with famous lawyer in Japan Mr. Numata Yasuhiro as its founder, who enjoys significant influence in Japanese politics. Mr. Numata Yasuhiro shares friendship for China and holds concurrent posts as fellow of Waseda University (retired upon tenure expiration) , visiting professor in Law School of the People's University of China and East China University of Politics and Law. Numata Law Office has a working office in China providing legal support for the investment of Chinese enterprises and individuals in Japan with respect to corporation establishment, M&A and reorganization, purchase and sale of real estate, financing, and IP application, maintenance, transfer, investment and financing etc.
