Dr. Wu Youming graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and Wuhan University as a Doctor of Laws, and is now national first-grade lawyer (senior lawyer), senior commercial arbitrator, independent director of listed companies, and haspracticed law consecutively since 1992.

Dr. Wu has accumulated rich experience in legal practices (including corporate merger and acquisition, corporate legal counsel, corporate legal risk management, commercial action and arbitration), law firm and legal profession management during his 20 more years of practice, was honored as the cover figure of magazines like Chinese Lawyer and Fangyuan Magazine, and handled a number of practices and cases with significant influence nationwide, some of which were reported by CCTV features and selected into the Case Collection of the People's Court. With his expertise, Dr. Wu has engaged in political consultation, professional and social public activities, media interviews and legal knowledge delivery by lectures. Dr. Wu Youming adheres to theoretical research and practice exploration and publishes his research on magazines from time to time. His masterpiece Case Analysis on Automobile Product Quality Litigation in China (Law Press China, August 2011) is the best seller in the practice. Dr. Wu was honored as National Outstanding Lawyer by All China Lawyers Association in February, 2016.
