Educational Background
Ms. Xu Ling graduated from the Law School of Shandong University as a Bachelor of Laws.
Concurrent and Former Positions
Ms. Xu now serves as Deputy to Guangdong Provincial People's Congress, and used to serve as supervisor in Guangdong Lawyers Association, supervisor of clean police in Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department, and teenager growth mentor in Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League.
Practicing Experience
Ms. Xu has practiced law since 1999 and has accumulated rich practical experience from handling a vast number of civil and commercial legal disputes. She won the first place with her team in Zhuhai's First Lawyers TV Debate in 2003. She has been committed to legal services of real estate development and sales, real estate project merger and acquisition since 2006, and has creatively provided full legal service of cross-border mortgage to a number of Macau banks. She was elected as "Excellent Lawyer of Zhuhai", "Advanced Lawyer Enthusiastic about Social Public Welfare", "Advanced Member of Special Commission" and "Advanced Lawyer of Political Participation and Discussion" by Zhuhai Bureau of Justice and Zhuhai Lawyers Association.
