Dr. Wu Youming, Director of MM Law Firm, graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and Wuhan University as a Doctor of Laws, and is national first-grade lawyer (senior lawyer), senior commercial arbitrator, independent director of listed companies, and has practiced law consecutively since 1992. Dr. Wu was honored as the National Outstanding Lawyer of China in 2016.

Dr. Wu has accumulated rich experience in legal practices (including corporate merger and acquisition, corporate legal counsel and practice, corporate legal risk management, commercial action and arbitration), law firm management and legal profession management during his 20 more years of practice, was honored as the cover figure of magazines like Chinese Lawyer and Fangyuan Magazine, and handled a number of practices and cases with significant influence nationwide, some of which were reported by CCTV features and selected into the Case Collection of the People's Court. Dr. Wu adheres to theoretical research and practice exploration and publishes his research on magazines from time to time. His masterpieceCase Analysis on Automobile Product Quality Litigation in China(Law Press China, August 2011) is the best seller in the practice.
