Recently, MM Lawyer has collected the Real Estate Registration Certificate(Mortgage Rights) in Zhuhai Real Estate Registration Center Hengqin Branch Office on behalf of client. The mortgage loan is secured by the rights to use construction land and construction-in-progress of an industrial project in Hengqin FTZ. The certificate collection remarks successful completion of the cross-border RMB land-mortgaged loan project. MM Lawyers are so honored to be the legal advisor for the whole project. The Macao financial institution will soon grant the cross-border RMB loan to the borrower. This is the first cross-border RMB mortgage loan project secured by the rights to use construction land and construction-in-progress in Hengqin FTZ, the success of which shall be of model significance for enterprises within the Hengqin FTZ in promoting business development through financing channels from overseas financial institutions pursuant to law.

Today, there comes the good news---MM Law Firm's Client Zhuhai Huajin Ruixin Fund Management Co., Ltd. was notified by the Asset Management Association of China (AMAC) that the application and the legal opinion letter issued by MM Law Firm for the company on registration of privately-raised funds managers (PRFM) were approved by the AMAC.

Recently, with the joint effort of MM Law Firm's NEEQ work team, three well-known enterprises Zhuhai Radiance Electric Co., Ltd., Zhuhai Powint Electric Co., Ltd. and Zhuhai Hopegenes Medical Research Institute Co., Ltd. have been successively listed on NEEQ (National Equities Exchange And Quotations).
